Provide a place for all women to grow toward maturity in Jesus Christ and cultivate Christian friendships.
"My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge."
Opportunities for WOMEN OF HOPE
Women’s Ministry opportunities are in full-swing in October and we hope everyone will find something to be involved with.
-A Bible study about the life of Old Testament Joseph led by Sue Nomensen will begin Tuesday, October 20th in the New Building Classroom from 9:30 to 11:30 am. Please contact the Church Office if you would like more details about this great study.
-On Monday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 there is a Bible study in the book of James led by Sheryl Noble at her home. Consider joining these ladies for tea and fellowship and a time digging into this book with the assistance of NT Wright’s writings on James.
-Mom2Mom, a group for young mothers who are looking for God’s direction as they raise their children, meets on Monday mornings at the church from 9:30 to 11 am. This is a wonderful place to connect with other moms. Childcare is provided. They are currently reading the book, “For the Love” by Jen Hatmaker.
-The Sunday evening Mom2Mom group is going to take a break for the winter. Watch for information on this group in the New Year.
Finally, if you are looking for a way to plug in to Hope or our women’s ministry please contact any of us on the Leadership Team. We’d love to talk with you!
